Hitachi, Ltd. and Google Cloud have recently announced a long-term partnership with the goal of accelerating enterprise innovation and productivity through the utilization of generative AI. In order to address industry challenges, Hitachi will establish a dedicated business unit that will leverage Google Cloud's AI technologies, including Gemini models and Vertex AI. This collaboration will not only enhance Hitachi's own products and services but also contribute to the growth of Lumada, Hitachi's core digital business, and improve operational efficiencies within the Hitachi Group.

The newly formed business unit, led by GlobalLogic, a renowned leader in digital engineering and a subsidiary of Hitachi, will be known as the Hitachi Google Cloud Business Unit.
