Logitech Unveils Ai-driven Meetup 2
Logitech has recently introduced MeetUp 2, a USB conference camera that utilizes AI technology. This camera is specifically designed for huddle and small meeting rooms, catering to both bring-your-own device (BYOD) and PC-based setups. Building upon the success of its predecessor, the original Logitech MeetUp, which has already sold over one million units, MeetUp 2 is expected to make a significant impact in the market.
Alistair Johnston, Head of Collaboration at Futuresource Consulting, acknowledged the importance of the original MeetUp in making video collaboration accessible and affordable. With the growing demand for huddle room technology due to the shift towards hybrid work models, MeetUp 2 is set to further disrupt the market.
MeetUp 2 addresses various video conferencing needs by supporting dedicated PC-based deployments as well as BYOD setups. It incorporates AI-enhanced features, reflecting Logitech's commitment to user experience and engagement.
