Transamerica has unveiled a new collaboration with FT Indexing Solutions LLC ("First Trust"), introducing the First Trust Equity Edge Index™ to its widely-used Transamerica Structured Index Advantage® Annuity. This new equity index, Equity First Trust Edge (Nasdaq: FTEQUEDGE), is exclusively available through Transamerica's registered index-linked annuity and aims to provide enhanced exposure to high-quality, value-focused U.S. equities, aligning with a balanced investment strategy.

The popularity of Transamerica's Structured Index Advantage Annuity is evident, having surpassed $1 billion in sales within its first two years. Jonathan Cressman, vice president and managing director for annuities wholesale distribution at Transamerica, believes the partnership with First Trust will further accelerate growth.
