Section Straightening Machines are use to straighten Section Like Iron angle, Channels, Beams, Flats, Hex, Square and any profile Sections like Z Section, F7 Section. These machines are widely use in straightening of Iron angle in various sizes. This Section is mainly used in Transmission Line Tower, Microwave Tower and Electric sub Station.

After Rolling of Iron Angle, it got bend during its cooling on due to its profile type. This is not possible to use this section for fabrication immediately after cooling, It require straightening before use, & cantilever type Section Straightening Machines are best equipment for Straightening of This Section. These types of machine are very convent in changing of rolls for different sections.

However for Heavy angle like 150 x 150 x 20 and above where Angles are rolled from High Tensile Steel, We recommend double supported Straightening Machine. All Types of models are design on the basis of Section Size and accordingly we design centre distance of the Rolls in between. This centre of rolls indicates the size of Machine. The roller section straightening machine is most suitable for straightening of any rolled, drawn or extruded ferrous and non-ferrous in cold condition. This machine is engineered to give trouble free long life service. The body and base of are fabricated from mild and steel and steel plants duly stress relied and machined as per design. All straightening rolls (topes and bottom) are mounted on cantilever type spindle. This arrangement is most suitable where quick change of rolls is required. The gangs of bottom rolls are driven by a distribution gear train. The directions of bottom rolls are clockwise/ anticlockwise depending upon of material. The top rolls for applying straightening pressure on material. These are having up-down and axial adjustment from front by hand wheels or optional motorized system.
