Five Habits Make You Moisturize
Every women want to make themselves look more moisturize, but how can achieve this aim in an easy way?
Habit 1- Two cups of water both in the morning and night
Women need to drink one cup of water with proper temperature at least in morning and evening. The water drink in the morning could clean intestines and resupply loss of water at night. Drink a cup of water at night is guaranteed blood do not too sticky for lacking of water. Blood viscosity will speed up the brain of oxygen, pigment deposition, so comes early aging. Therefore, the role of drinking water every night can't be underestimated.
Habit 2 - One Potato
Potato contains the highest Vitamin C among other fruits and vegetables. And to ensure one potato at least a day could meet the daily requirement of Vitamin C.
Habit 3 - A cup of yogurt
From the perspective of calcium, women is one of the most vulnerable calcium deficiency groups, while the milk of calcium is better than any food, especially yogurt which is more easily absorbed by the body, so women should be guarantee a cup of yogurt every day. Drink the milk at night ...

Habit 4 - Do Facial Mask
Do a simple facial mask every night before bedtime, for example, a simple DIY mask very good with and the remaining milk or yogurt. Habit 5 - A cup of tea
Women had better drink tea. The green tea and oolong tea are the best if there is nothing wrong with their stomach, in particular for those women who want to lose weight and face computer every day. Tea is the most natural, effective agent to weight loss, and then nothing more than tea could eliminate of intestinal fat.
