Profession is the way to grow in personal talents and become happier as well. In fact, this assumption has plenty to talk about. It is a background idea of how people grow rich. On the other side, different professions and occupations are considered with the bankruptcy and decline on the whole. Thus, it is a sticking point nowadays if the diversity of professions and occupations is harmful or not.

Advantages

More opportunities. People representing different professions represent also different opportunities for those who want to get their niche in the society. Needless to say, people should be involved in the process of sharing opportunities for mutual success. Otherwise, there is nothing to talk about.

More conveniences. It has become convenient to take advantage of different professions. The question is that such versatility provides different services and goods to be distributed by the representatives of each profession. In turn people get better off due to the sufficiency of different professions at large.

Limitations

Less freedom. People facing with different professions and occupations have troubles with self-perception of freedom around. Each profession is constantly extending with a new direction full of different positions. In such a diversity and bureaucratic mess there is no chance for having a healthy environment.

Less ecological safety. Increasing professions and occupations means increasing the percentage of urbanization. In turn it leads to the increase of temperature in cities which contributes into the rates of climate change in a definite location. On the other side, diversity of professions means the increase of transportation system. In its turn it is harmful as it provokes the emergence of smog over the cities.
