Women who spend eight hours a day sitting, all day sitting and not move. According to a doctor, 37% of women have higher risk of gynecopathy or Office syndrome,such as cervical spondylosis, sciatica,compared with who spend less than 2 hours in chair. For men, the risk was 17 % higher. So, for the OLs, what should be care and do to prevent this risks?
