While Playa del Carmen condos are well worth the price you pay for them (starting under $100,000 USD and going up over $1 million), and have withstood the recession fairly resiliently, only showing a temporary pause in overall excellent appreciation, a few very motivated developers and sellers have offered super price reductions simply to sell more quickly than usual.
