FPT Corporation, a prominent technology and IT services provider headquartered in Vietnam, has successfully finalized its inaugural merger and acquisition (M&A) transaction in Japan through the acquisition of Next Advanced Communications NAC Co., Ltd. (NAC). Following the acquisition, NAC now operates as a wholly-owned subsidiary of FPT, with plans to enhance its customer base and service offerings in Japan.

This strategic maneuver is in line with FPT’s overarching global expansion strategy and enables the company to capitalize on NAC’s pool of nearly 300 skilled engineers and proficiency in technology and business consulting.
