Alright, when you kickstart your fitness journey, don't go all out with super hard workouts right away. It's better to stick to a regular workout routine, even if it's not crazy intense. For example, doing a 30-minute workout that's not too tough, like three times a week, is a smarter way to begin than going full blast with a one-hour super intense workout five days a week.
 
If you dive into high-intensity workouts from the get-go, it's not gonna stick as a long-term habit. You're more likely to get fed up and quit if you push too hard too soon. You can still reap the rewards of exercise with those moderate-intensity workouts
 
Stick to exercises that you actually like doing. Keep at them and try to get a bit better each day. To stay on track during your fitness journey, it's important to have fun along the way.
 
Sometimes, we focus too much on the end results and think we can't be happy until we reach our big goals. But that's not true. You don't have to be unhappy while working towards your goals. When you enjoy your workouts, you're more likely to stick with them and reach your fitness targets.



It's totally fine to have goals and still appreciate what you have and who you are at this moment. You don't have to be unhappy today, thinking you'll only be happy when you reach your goals in six months, a year, or five years. That's not a fun way to live.
 
Right now, your body can do some incredible things. When you take a moment to be thankful for your body, you'll feel better about yourself. This positive way of thinking will help you make your body the strongest it's ever been.
