Inconel 601 Sheet & Plate are also known from another grade name as UNS N06601. These plates and sheet are formed with chromium-nickel alloy adding up with the aluminum content.

This aluminum content ensures excellent resistance to corrosion and oxidation at elevated temperature. However, these Inconel sheets have the outstanding mechanical properties and it also has superior resistance to heat. The plates also possess superior workability and tensile strength. Thus, this 601 grade of plate is having superb resistance to carburization and metallurgical stability.
