A CBSE workshop held at The Manthan School, Greater Noida West, facilitated by resource persons Shri Madan Lal Sawhney and Dr. Anju Mehrotra, delved into strategies for fostering a VUCA-positive mindset. Students from VidyaGyan had the opportunity to attend this insightful Political Science workshop.

It introduced Bloom's Taxonomy as a valuable framework for educators, promoting holistic learning experiences through different levels of thinking in teaching and assessments.

The insights extended to assessment practices, differentiating between ongoing assessment providing feedback and post-task evaluation. Open-ended questions were highlighted as effective tools for encouraging critical thinking and problem-solving, crucial skills in a VUCA world.

To enhance learning, the workshop suggested creating an environment where students acknowledge gaps in their knowledge, promoting genuine comprehension in a 45-minute lecture. In the context of embracing VUCA, the workshop concluded with a call to cultivate qualities like versatility, discernment, optimism, inventiveness, and flexibility. Democracy itself emerged as strength to overcome VUCA challenges.
