Boingo Wireless unveiled the pioneering Wi-Fi 7 network at CES 2024, marking the first public venue deployment at the Las Vegas Monorail Boingo Station in the Convention Center. Wi-Fi 7 advances Wi-Fi 6E innovations, boasting unparalleled speed, low latency, and heightened capacity, doubling network bandwidth and quadrupling Wi-Fi 6 speeds to over 40 Gbps. Boingo CEO Mike Finley lauded this milestone, emphasizing the network's potential in high-traffic spaces like airports, stadiums, and military bases.
