New Orleans Citybusiness Names Ryan To The 2023 Best Places To Work In New Orleans List
Ryan, an international provider of software and tax services, was named one of the 2023 Best Places to Work in New Orleans, making its first entry on this prestigious list. In order to determine the top 100 workplaces, the Best Companies Group, with support from New Orleans CityBusiness, polled thousands of workers in the New Orleans metropolitan region.
Ryan's Chief Operating Officer and Global President, Ginny B. Kissling, thanked the team for their input in earning this recognition. She emphasized the importance of cooperation, client commitment, and an environment of open communication and feedback in highlighting the firm's culture.
A rigorous two-step review procedure was used to choose the names on this list. First, a quarter of the total score was derived from an evaluation of the workplace policies, practices, and demographics of participating organizations. Following this, staff members submitted their opinions through surveys, which accounted for 75% of the final score and determined the rankings.
