I am Shafeek Khan, and I was born in Agra, India, on July 12, 1980. Since 2005, I have been employed in Agra as a government-approved professional tour guide. My license as a tour guide is from the Uttar Pradesh (India) Department of Tourism. My degree from Agra University is in hand. Since Delhi University awarded me a degree in Chinese language, I also obtained one from the Indian Institute of Tourism and Travel Management, which is accredited by the Indian government's Ministry of Tourism.

How did I enter the tourism industry?
My family is middle class. My mother is a stay-at-home mom, while my father worked in the military. My father worked very hard to provide us with a quality education. Since all of my family members—my uncle, my younger and older brothers, my cousins, and my nephew—work as tour guides in India, I was quite interested in being a tour guide. They hold licenses as tour guides issued by the Department of Tourism, Government of Uttar Pradesh, India, and the Ministry of Tourism & Culture, Government of India.

I would like to clarify a few things for you right now. My family ...
... works as tour guides; that is, all of my relatives have been in the tourism industry for the past 20 years. I therefore inherited the experience from my family.

My First Assignment began on December 2, 2005. "Mr. & Mrs. Jean Pierre" from France was my visitor. When the history of the Taj Mahal and Fatehpur Sikri was being explained, I was incredibly anxious. Additionally, this project really increased my confidence, which led to "Mr. & Mrs. Jean Pierre" cooperating with me and being quite pleased with my services. While we were out sightseeing, I had a great time with them.

Following this, I began putting a lot of effort into learning as much as I could about the Mughals, monument architecture, Indian culture, and customs.

I was once asked a question about the "Taj Mahal" by one of my visitors, who was well-versed in Islam and its architectural traditions. So he questioned me, "Why is the moon shape on the Taj Mahal's dome structured in a straight position?" (The moon is shaped in a curved position according to Islam). I didn't have enough information at the moment to be able to respond to his question. I told him that I will tell you all the information there is to know about the Taj Dome. I returned home in the evening after finishing the sightseeing with my guest and began looking up information about his query in architecture books. I still haven't found any information in the books after two days. I decided to ask my uncle and my older brothers, who have been employed since 1985 and are quite knowledgeable about Indian history and architecture, this subject. During dinner, I continued to ask my question in front of my older brothers and uncle. As my uncle retorted, the Taj Mahal was constructed in the manner of a cemetery. The pinnacle height atop the Taj Mahal's dome is 10 meters long and solid. It weighs a much. Pinnacle's moon will rapidly cause harm to the dome if it is shaped in a curved manner. This explains why it is shaped in a straight line.

I responded with the whole facts to his email after learning the answer to his query. This is how my family introduced me to the Taj Mahal and its architecture, and it is clear to me that I was born into this family. After that, I set out to become familiar with every detail of the monuments in Agra and Fatehpur Sikri. I now know the heart and soul of India, and I constantly strive to add value to your travel arrangements. I immerse you in Indian culture and tradition since I am well-versed in all of its facets.
