Lean Manufacturing: Trim Waste, Boost Efficiency
Lean manufacturing is a production philosophy and management approach that originated from the Toyota Production System (TPS) created by Taiichi Ohno. Jidoka (Autonomation): Incorporate automation with a human touch, allowing machines to stop when a defect is detected. Empower workers to stop the production process if they identify a problem.
