1. Materials Manager
A materials manager is responsible for procuring materials and products that companies require. Operations manager manages all activities involved in producing the goods and services of a business. They are responsible for managing processes, purchasing, accounting, human resources, inventory and IT.
4. Production Planner
A Production Planner ensures companies produce an adequate supply of goods to meet customer demand. They develop a daily or weekly production schedule and determine what materials, labor and equipment are necessary to adhere to it. When actual production falls short of established goals, the planner determines why and develops strategies to improve future performance.
5. Project Manager
A Project Manager oversees a project from start to finish. They create a plan to complete required tasks and determine what resources are necessary to implement them. Additionally, they identify potential risks and challenges and develop strategies to overcome them. Project Managers are in charge of leading teams, defining goals, communicating with stakeholders, and seeing a project through to its closure.
