How To Deal With Rejection From A Woman
For many guys, the dating world can be absolutely brutal at times, especially for the inexperienced and the shy. You really need to put yourself out there if you want to find someone special. On your quest to find that special someone, you will likely experience failure more times than not.
But that's the nature of dating - an unpredictable exercise of trial and error that can lead to both success and failure. This is why you will need to learn how to deal with rejection from a woman, because it is bound to happen at some point in time.
If you finally build up the courage to ask a woman out on a date and you are faced with rejection, it's important that you not take it personally.
The curious thing is that rejection by a member of the opposite sex may have absolutely nothing at all to do with you. A lot of women have certain characteristics that they're looking for in a partner, and if you are lacking in that area you may likely be rejected. Just because you do not fit this person's specific list of desired characteristics does not mean that you are any less important as a person, or that there ...
... is anything wrong with you.
When you deal with rejection from a woman, you should beat up yourself. However, reflection is a good thing, and you should analyze the methods that you used when you were asking her out. Think about the way that you acted. Were you too aggressive? Were you too passive? Did you bother her at a bad time? You always need to make sure that a woman is comfortable with you before you ask her out. Make sure that she knows who you are and a little bit about what kind of person that you are.
Another thing that you should think about, when you deal with rejection from a woman, is the fact that you should not continue to bother her. When a woman says no to you, you need to understand that it really means "no." Don't push the issue, or continue to ask her out, as that can be construed as harassment. Take a step back and look at that situation, learn from it, and then move on.
Finally, do not be too put out by this rejection. As the old saying goes, "There are plenty of fish in the sea!" and this still applies today. Keep on trying, and don't give up. There is the perfect woman somewhere out there just for you!
