Should Staff Monitoring Be Right Or Not?
Staff monitoring means recording all the activities of your staff and restricting their accesses to the computers. Nowadays, with the rapid development of science and computer technology, more and more computer software has been adopted in the company, especially those snoop-ware such as staff monitoring software, computer monitoring software, remote PC software and so on. Those company installing the snoop-ware in the office PC to spy on their employee insist that an employee monitoring solution will increase employee productivity, provide a safeguard in event of inappropriate employee behavior, and protect their company from leaking important company information. In a sense, taking the company' s benefits into consideration, we can understand why they install the snoop-ware in the office to monitor their staff. However, for my part, for the consideration of staff rights, it is an inappropriate behavior and has negative effects.

In this case, the employee to some extent may not fix attention on their work for some time, however, in this uncomfortable working conditions, you can guess how long the employee' s attention can be focused on. One of the purpose of the company to install snoop-ware is to increase employee productivity and work efficiency, on the contrary, the snoop-ware may rub the employee the wrong way and make them obnoxious so that their working passion is decreased. And their work efficiency may reduce. A good work condition advance work efficiency.
Furthermore, a harmonious relationship between employer and employee can boost the company's development. But the good relationship should not be maintained by the snoop-ware. In the company, if you can enhance the staff's awareness of their position as masters of the company and trust your staff, the employee can work efficiently and self-consciously at working-time. And the employee productivity increases easily.
So in my opinion, staff monitoring should not be right. The ways of increasing work efficiency are various, while staff monitoring is not a good way.
