A well-developed layout design influences a customer's behaviour in-store, nipping customers into bringing their attention to the areas the brand wants and influencing them to make a purchase. Furthermore, it provides a resting spot for the eye, which is necessary for it to absorb the message you're attempting to convey, which makes it easy to navigate websites, interior space layout, and so on. Not only it will provide a hierarchy but also will make the flow clear and intuitive.

When all the elements fall into place, it would provide a melody to a space hence making it look well put. The Chinese practice Feng Shui utilizes design to improve health and prosperity, declutter to encourage a tranquil atmosphere. According to Feng Shui, clearing out unnecessary items would help welcome cosmic energy.

Similarly, a website that doesn't explain what it is will cause customers to leave, especially if they are confused. Similarly, in a retail store, if the customer finds themselves brushed up against other customers when busy browsing the store, they will leave the store. And having enough space in the elements of the store including space design planning will help the space be more breathable and lead to a good experience for the customer.
