Nordson Test & Inspection Unveils Next-generation X-ray Inspection System At Productronica Munich 2023
Nordson TEST & INSPECTION will introduce its cutting-edge Quadra Pro 7 Manual X-Ray Inspection (MXI) system at PRODUCTRONICA Munich from November 14 to 17, 2023, at the Munich Exhibition Center. Along with the product launch, Nordson will display the SQ3000™+ Multi-Function system for AOI, SPI, and CMM at Booths A2.532, A2.537, and A2.540, in partnership with smartTec GmbH and Amtest Group.
The Quadra Pro 7 Manual X-Ray Inspection (MXI) equipment will revolutionize 3D/2D manual inspection in back-end semiconductor applications. This breakthrough system uses the revolutionary Onyx® detection technology to improve image quality and noise levels, increasing precision and efficiency.
