Singapore is a beautiful country compiled with various cultures. It is the center of tourist attractions. Singapore attracts travelers in many ways. It attracts with its multi culture, shopping malls, Zoo and food. I got many questions when I thought about their cooking style. I wondered what makes Singapore food so delicious. What is the traditional food of Singapore? Etc. I am curious to research more about their cuisine.
Singapore is mixed with people of many cultures. Their food habit also differs according to their culture. I would like to dig more about the history of Singaporean cuisine.
The dominated food culture in Singapore is the native "Malay". It is integrated with Chinese, Indonesian, Indian and British food culture. Singaporean Hawker stores (Street stores) are popular in Singapore. They are cheap and provide nice food varieties. They are better than the restaurants.
