Menopause is a stage which comes in the life of every woman but the symptoms associated with this state differ in each one woman. As already mentioned that a significant decrease in the estrogen and progesterone level can be the cause of Hot Flashes Menopause, vaginal dryness and mood swings, hence, a course of estrogen, along with progestin can help a lot in reducing these symptoms.

Non-hormone Medications which includes some antidepressants and selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM) medications work as the effective remedies of hot flashes. These medications target particular symptoms but don't cause risks like estrogen therapy. You can also stop Hot Flashes Menopause by keeping yourself cool, stopping smoking and drinking alcohol altogether, intake of vitamin E in diet and eating Soybeans.
