Membrion, an electro-desalination membrane manufacturer, has successfully concluded its Series B funding round, raising a total of $12.5 million. The latest funding round included a second close of $5.5 million led by Samsung Venture Investment Corporation and Lam Capital. Other notable participants in this round include Indico Capital Partners, Harvard Business School New York Alumni Angel Group, New York Angels, and GiantLeap Capital. This follows the previously announced Series B investments of $7 million in the first quarter of 2023, which were spearheaded by PureTerra Ventures and included participation from GiantLeap Capital, Safar Partners, and Freeflow Ventures.
