This morning my wife was complaining that her back and neck hurt when she woke up. She felt like she had a poor sleep. She

didn't realize it until after she woke up. Later that morning I was reading news on Yahoo and Google and saw an article

talking about a mattress from a company in Sweden for that costs $69,500 dollars. That is crazy. I can't image a mattress

that costs more than my car that I drive.

When people are look for sleep aids, one of the simplest forms is a quality mattress. Now I don't know if I would recommend

buying the most expensive mattress here in the USA for $33,000 dollars, but buying a quality mattress is a great idea.

Another sleeping solution is prescription medications to help you sleep. Americans will spend nearly 4.3 billion dollars

this year on medications to help them sleep better. That number is double from last years spend. I would recommend a

product Serofil helps promote a deep and restorative sleep and is a great sleeping solution. Here we have a customer that

has been taking the product and shares her experience ...
... using Serofil.

How does Sleep Effect Energy?

Mood is directly related to activity levels during the day. Supporting healthy levels of serotonin helps to put people in a

good mood which in turn makes people feel active. People who are in a good mood seem to get things done. When people are in

a bad mood they go the opposite way. They often sit around all day and do nothing because they were in a "bad mood".

Additionally, chronic "blue mood" people will often find the can't sleep. These issues might not be a mood disorder, they

might just be symptoms of low serotonin.

Low levels of serotonin lead to feeling down, some people call it a blue mood. When you are in a blue mood, you don't have

energy. You just don't feel like doing anything. When you see people that are in a good mood they are usually people that

are also energetic. We know that a good nights sleep helps restore healthy brain chemistry, which puts you in a good mood

and gives you energy. When you get a better nights sleep your body will increase your energy levels naturally.
Healthy energy levels are directly linked to balanced serotonin levels. The process is fairly simple. If you have proper

serotonin levels, your body can create the sleep hormone, melatonin. With good melatonin levels you sleep better. After a

deep, restorative sleep you should wake up in a better mood and have more energy throughout the day. Follow this formula and

you will find that you will get more done too. This is not rocket science, but it sure makes a difference when you "Get your

mind right"!
