It is crucial to take corrective actions to boost performance when the data shows that a certain region is underperforming. The root cause analysis is also a helpful technique to identify the issue's origin to know what corrective measures need to be performed.

Principle 7: Relationship management: The ability of an organization and its suppliers to produce value must be interdependent, and a mutually beneficial partnership strengthens that ability.
