If you too are in the same boat, you need to take stock of what not to do and how to pass the 3 tests in your first attempt.

Why Do So Many People Fail the ADI Part 3 Test? How to Avoid the Same?
Below are some common reasons why people are failing the ADI Part ...
... 3 test:

Lack of Proper Planning: When you are appearing for the test keep in mind that the examiner wants to see what you have learned and how your skills are going to benefit the candidates who are going to learn driving under your supervision. The examiner is not interested to see an instructor-led lesson. They are more interested to see a customer centric one. So, when you are practising your driving skills make sure to plan it in a way that will impress the examiner.

Overlooking the Risk Factor or Lack of Risk Management: As a driving instructor you should be able to tell the learner what kind of mistake he is making while driving and how to rectify this mistake. When you are appearing for your driving instructor test, the examiner will want to see this skill of yours. He wants to see whether you are able to identify the mistakes and convey the same to the learner and explain the reasons why he should not make the same mistake again.

At the same time, he will also like to see that you give the learner another opportunity where he can implement the lesson that he just learnt from you. As a driving instructor, your responsibility is huge. If you fail to do what is expected out of you then the learner will hardly understand anything. He will continue making the same mistakes. As a result this will amount to overlooking the risk factor or lack of risk management on your part. And once the examiner notices this, he will fail you in the exam. No matter how good you are at other things will not matter at all.

Unsatisfactory Teaching Technique: As a driving instructor you should encourage the learners to use their knowledge and skills to better master the art of driving. Let them implement their skills on real situations. Just merely teaching them what is right and what is wrong in driving is not enough. They need to know how to implement their skills in order to drive safe. A good driving instructor is one that encourages the learners to stay focused and solve problems on their own. In the field of driving, spoon-feeding is of no use. Practical knowledge matters the most.

Five Essential Tips that Will Help You Pass the ADI Part 3 On Your First Attempt
Below are five essential tips that will help turn the ide in your favour. Make sure that you implement them if you wish to clear the test in your first attempt.

Learn from A Good Driving Instructor Trainer - When you want to become a trustworthy driving instructor, it is important that you learn from the best in the business. Make sure that you learn from an instructor trainer with a proven track record. They know how to teach and you will come out a confident instructor yourself.

Plan Your Part 3 Lesson around Your Pupil - It is important to customise the driving course Sydney so that your student learns better. No two learners are the same. Some pick up the skills real quick while some take time. If you go for the one approach fits all technique then none of your students will learn anything from you. Your reputation as a driving instructor will only go down.

Watch Your Pupil and Adapt the Lesson - When you are teaching the driving course Sydney you need to make sure that you pay attention to your student. Find out what makes him or her tick and accordingly you need to adapt your lessons so that they pick up the skills in the required fashion.

Give Your Pupil the Tools to Do the Job - Teach your students to deal with on road situations by themselves. You will be there to guide and instruct them throughout the driving course Sydney but you need to give them space so that they can cope up better when faced with an issue while driving on the road.

Coach Rather than Instruct - The real key lies in being a coach and not a mere instructor. You have to develop a bond with your student so that they feel free to explain the problems they are encountering while learning how to drive. This is only possible when you become a mentor and not someone who gives instructions on how to drive.
