You need to check your blood sugar frequently in order to maintain it properly. Glucose Monitors are there to help you with that or you can get the blood test done to any nearest pathology. Taking a reading each and every month will help you to track your condition and do the necessary treatments accordingly to keep diabetes under control. In case of a higher or lower level of blood sugar than usual, you should go to your medical expert for advice.

Walking and Exercising is a great way to control your diabetes. Daily walking or exercising for at least half an hour will be a great help to maintain a healthy level of blood sugar.

Also, apart from medical consultation and taking frequent readings in glucose monitors, it is important to eat on time. Doctors say starving for a longer period of time or frequently eating food will only worsen the diabetes level.
