Chemicals are more used in factories and industries. Some chemicals are harmful some not. Chemicals are also used in schools and universities for the learning purpose of the students. To reduce the disaster or hazards chemical safety is necessary.

Chemical safety is achieved by doing all chemical-related activities in such a way that human health and the environment are protected. It includes all chemicals, both natural and man-made, as well as the full range of exposure scenarios, from chemical natural occurrences in the environment through their extraction or synthesis, industrial production, transportation, usage, and disposal.

Importance of chemical safety training:
It is essential not to misread the importance of chemical safety awareness training in the works. Chemical safety training protects humans, property, and deaths. Training will protect workers against harm, limit the likelihood of spills damaging the environment, and prevent fires and explosions that cause property damage.

The benefits of chemical safety training: There are lots of benefits of chemical safety training.
• Chemical ...
... safety training is reducing the chance of hazards of chemicals. If the workers are trained so they can save someone’s life. They should be trained under personal protective equipment (PPE).
• It reduces the chance of fire. One chemical is reacting with another so it can cause the chance of fire. Fire can cause injuries, and damage. A quick response will limit the likelihood of spills putting onto the property.

The role of chemical safety training in protecting people:
1) Reduce the hazards: This is the first goal of chemical safety training to protect people from the hazards of chemicals. Training decreases the likelihood of accidents, injuries, and long-term health issues caused by hazardous material exposure by establishing a safety-conscious culture.

2) To ensure emergency awareness: Hazards can be happening anytime in factories or industries. We should need to be aware and prepared. They learn how to recognize warning signals, report incidents, and put emergency response protocols, such as evacuation procedures and first aid measures, into action. Training lessens the potential impact on both people and the environment by preparing personnel for emergencies.

3) Promoting Responsible Handling and Storage: To prevent leaks, spills, and accidents, chemical safety training emphasizes proper handling, storage, and disposal practices. Employees are taught how to safely handle chemicals, store them in approved areas, and use proper containers and labelling. Training reduces the risk of leaks or spills that could hurt people or pollute the environment by instilling responsible practices.

4) To find the release of chemicals: Whether you doing by observation or the use of tools you can find the release of chemicals. Workers should find the release of chemicals. They find either evidence or smell of chemicals.

5) To execute waste management: Proper management of chemicals is crucial for the environment. Training develops a culture of responsibility for the environment by underscoring the potential implications of inappropriate chemical handling. Employees are encouraged to support environmentally friendly practices such as decreasing chemical use, investigating alternative substances, and participating in recycling or reuse efforts.

Chemical safety training plays an important role in the industrial environment to protect the people. By checking the risk and implementing the measures, workers can reduce the deaths, and damage. Furthermore, good waste management is an essential component of chemical safety training. Training contributes to environmental preservation, pollution prevention, and minimizing the adverse impacts of hazardous substances on ecosystems by educating personnel about proper waste disposal and building compliance with rules.
