To play for free online Solitaire, you have a few options. Here’s a step-by-step guide to playing Solitaire online:

Instructions:

Objective: The goal of free online Solitaire is to move all the cards from the tableau (the main playing area) to the foundation piles in ascending order (Ace to King) and according to their suit (hearts, diamonds, clubs, and spades).

Setup: At the beginning of the game, all 52 cards are dealt face-down into seven tableau columns. The first column has one card, the second has two cards, and so on, until the seventh column, which has seven cards. The top card of each column is face-up, while the rest are face-down.
Gameplay: You can move cards from one column to another in descending order, alternating colors. For example, a black 7 can be placed on top of a red 8. You can also move sequences of cards as a unit if they are in descending order and of the same suit. For example, ...

Empty Columns: Whenever you clear a column, you can only fill it with a King (or a King sequence). A King can be placed on an empty tableau column as a starting card.

Foundation Piles: Once you have an Ace, you can move it to one of the four foundation piles. From there, you can build on the foundation piles in ascending order and by suit. The goal is to complete all the foundation piles with each suit, from Ace to King.

Stock and Waste Piles: If you get stuck, you can turn over cards from the stock pile. The stock pile is located in the top-left corner of the screen, and a card is drawn from it each time you click on it. If you can’t use the drawn card, it will be placed in the waste pile. You can go through the waste pile up to three times before it becomes empty again.
Winning: You win the game when all the cards are moved to the foundation piles in the correct order and suit.
