Develops and executes care or recovery plans: Create comprehensive care plans as per the unique requirements of the clients.

Requirements to Become Property Care Worker in Washington:-
Let's walk through the process step by step so you know how to get your first real estate manager job in Washington.



Step One: Get training on your license:
If you meet the age requirements and have a high school diploma and a social security number, you can start real estate courses. You must complete a 90-hour real estate education before you can enroll in a state-approved school. The course must include 60 hours of real estate fundamentals and 30 hours of real estate practice.



Step Two: Pass the Washington Realtor Exam:
This exam is designed to test your knowledge of real estate law, principles and practices, and mathematics.You have three and a half hours for the exam and need 70 points to pass. The good news is that you will receive your results soon after the test is complete.



Third step: Apply After passing the exam:
You have one year to apply for the property care worker's license. You can apply online through the Washington State Department of Licensing website.



Don't forget to add the $146 tax.25 if you apply for a broker license. The broker manager license fee is $210. You must also include fingerprint verification, which you can obtain through IdentoGO.



Step Five: Find a job with a licensed property management company:
After working as an agent for at least three years and meeting some additional requirements, you can apply to a licensed property management agent and work independently. However, as a new real estate agent, you must work under the supervision of a real estate agent.



The easiest way to do this is to first search job sites like Indeed, Glassdoor or ZipRecruiter and apply for real estate manager jobs. One caveat: not all management brokers manage the property. Therefore, be sure to hire a company that does this.
