Eligibility:

To be a part of the GIM Online Active Learning (GOAL) PGDM program, the participants must meet the following eligibility criteria:
The applicants should have completed a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with minimum 50% aggregate marks.
They should have a minimum of three-year relevant work experience.

What You Will Learn:
The GIM Online Active Learning (GOAL) PGDM Program will enable the participants to gain deep-rooted insights into the role of a business manager in today’s dynamic business environment.

Participants will first work on understanding Basic Statistics, Managerial Economics, and Principles of Management. Along with this, they will also learn to work effectively on MS Excel.

Participants will then focus on Marketing Management, HR & OB, Managerial Accounting & FM, Operations Management, Business Communication, Business Analytics, Leadership, Supply Chain Management, Strategic Management, Ethics & CSR, Sustainability, Design Thinking, Digital Transformation, and Innovation Management.

Besides these foundation and core courses, participants will get to choose two elective courses as well. In addition, participants will also be working on various live projects, a significant number of MOOCS, and a Capstone project to attain better clarity and understanding of concepts.
