● Lemon wedges for garnish

Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, add hung curd, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and salt. Mix well.
2. Add the ready-to-eat momos to the marinade and mix well, making sure each momo is coated well.
3. Heat a grilling pan on medium flame. Place the tandoori-coated momos on the pan.
4. Cook the momos till they are charred from all sides.

Garnish with chaat masala and lemon wedges and serve tandoori momo hot! You can also make tandoori momos using chicken momos.

Deep-Fried Veg Momos Recipe:

Ingredients:
● 6-8 ready-to-eat vegetable-filled momos
● 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
● 1/4 cup cornstarch
● 1/2 tsp salt
● 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
● 1/2 tsp coriander powder
● 1/2 tsp cumin powder
● Water as needed
● Oil for frying

Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, add all-purpose flour, cornstarch, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder and cumin powder. Mix well.
2. Slowly add water and start mixing to form a thick batter.
3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat to deep-fry the momos.
4. Dip each ready-to-eat momo in the batter and coat well.
5. Carefully drop the momos in the hot oil and fry them until golden brown.
6. Remove the momos from the oil using a slotted spoon & place them on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb any excess oil.

Serve these deep-fried momos hot with your favourite dipping sauce.
