Flare API A Layer 1 blockchain, enables blockchain APIs on the Google Cloud Platform. Flare is giving access to high-integrity data from other chains to developers with decentralized access.

This integration allows developers and users of software products and services platforms to access information from Flare nodes and connected chain nodes.

Blockchain APIs for Algorand, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Dogecoin, BNB Smart Chain, Flare, Songbird, XRP ledger, and Litecoin, are some supported integrations with more to come.

According to information shared with Finbold on May 3, developers can now use Google Cloud Marketplace to conduct blockchain transactions and obtain real-time information.

Josh Edwards, Flare's vice president of engineering said the addition of blockchain APIs to Google Cloud Marketplace will significantly increase Web3 adoption.

Flare's EVM-based Layer 1 enhances blockchain utility by combining data from multiple chains and Web2 sources. It is possible that this may eventually result in more than 100 chains that form Flare's oracle.

The integration of Flare follows the announcement by Polygon Labs and Google Cloud for a multi-year partnership. It encourages the development of Web3 products and decentralized applications on Polygon by providing Google Cloud's framework and developer tools.
