Driving under the influence is a punishable offence. You should never make this mistake. If you are caught you will be jailed and have to pay fine as well. More than this, driving in a drunken state is a risky affair. You are putting your life and that of the others at a huge risk. Every year, thousands of accident cases are registered because of drunken driving.

What Should You Do if You Know that You are Going to Drink at the Party?
To avoid unnecessary hassles and to ensure that you don’t end up in an accident after drinking at a party, there are few things that you can do -

You can stay back at your friends place and leave the next morning once you are sober and are comfortable to drive.

You should book an Uber and reach the party. And also book an Uber on your way back. This way you don’t need to drive and you don’t have to stay put at your friend’s place as well.

You can ask your friend (who does not drink) to pick you up and drop you off once the party is over.

And ...
... if nothing works out you should skip going to the party. And in case you do attend the party, don’t drink. Your safety is more important than few drinks.

As a responsible citizen, it is your duty to be responsible for your action. Once you end up in an accident there is no looking back. What if you end up smashing someone because of your drunk driving? Will you be able to forgive yourself ever?

When you are undergoing your driving classes at a Blacktown driving school your instructor will tell you about all these things. He will warn you of the dangers and the risks involved. Pay attention to what he is teaching and follow the traffic rules whenever you are driving. Even if it is the dead of night and there is very less traffic on the road, you should still follow the rules. So, what if no one is watching you? Don’t make the mistake, the risks involved are huge. Once you are involved in an accident you can never go back and reverse what has happened. But when you are careful, you can always prevent things from going haywire. Everything depends on you. What will you do then?
