The benefits of A2 cow milk are numerous. To reap all the benefits of fresh A2 cow milk, lets first have a look at all of them listed below:

● A2 milk is rich in calcium which helps grow bones and repair them. It also helps in strengthening the bones. Many effective treatments consist of calcium as an important nutrient.

● The omega-3 fatty acids present in A2 cow milk helps in lowering cholesterol levels which in turn helps with maintaining blood pressure levels.

● The milk with its chemical structure, helps in boosting your immunity levels. It strengthens the immune system to keep the defense mechanism of the body strong.

● The vitamin A present in the milk structure helps in maintaining the retinas and corneas of the eye. Drinking A2 cow milk regularly also prevents cataracts and keeps your vision intact.

RECIPES THAT CAN BE MADE USING A2 COW MILK

1. Oats kheer

Ingredients

2 Tbsp Sattvamrit A2 Ghee
1 Cup oats
3 Cups Sattvamrit A2 Gir cow milk
1 Cup coconut milk
⅓ Cup sugar
½ Tsp cardamom
¼ Cup golden raisins
Some roasted sliced almonds and chopped pistachios for garnishing

How to make:
● Take a pan and melt ghee in it.
● Add oats and let them roast in ghee for about 2 minutes until they become fragrant. Do the same on medium flame.
● Now add A2 cow milk, coconut milk and sugar. Stir it frequently so that the mixture does not stick to the pan.
● Let them cook for about 5 minutes until the oats are softened on low flame.
● Check and remove it from the heat. Go on to add grounded cardamom and raisins and keep the mixture aside to let it cool.
● After a while, check the consistency. If you require a thinner consistency, add milk.
● Garnish with almonds and pistachios and serve.


2. Malai Paneer

Ingredients

1 Litre of Sattvamrit A2 cow milk
½ Cup of cream
½ Cup of curd
2 Tbsp lime juice

How to make:
● Take A vessel and ½ cup of water in it. Then add the milk and bring it to a boil.
● After it boils, add Sattvamrit A2 Bilona Ghee and stir it.
● Go on to add the curd and stir it for a minute. Turn off the flame.
● Add the lime juice and let it aside. You will see that the paneer separates in some time.
● Take another vessel and place a sieve on top of it. Place a mulmul cloth and pour the prepared paneer mixture so that the water separates completely.
● We get the paneer in cloth and immediately place it in ice so the paneer remains soft and does not get hard.
● After a minute, put it on a sieve and apply pressure on it to get the desired shape. Let it stay for 2 hours.
● After 2 hours Malai paneer is ready to be used however you want.
