The change incorporates the proven reliability of a unique compression nut design for increased water-tightness and cable grip, and superior support against strain and vibration.

With numerous certifications including ETL and CE, the 16A/230V and 32A/230V SmartPlug connectors are ideal for boats based in or traveling to European waters. They provide over 27 times more metal-to-metal contact than traditional threaded ring connectors. This reduces electrical resistance and the potential for overheating. The unique asymmetrical design is also easier to use because of its effortless orientation without misalignment. The connectors push straight into the inlets and lock automatically.
