An experienced engineer is provided with the title of CPEng who has been evaluated as fulfilling a quality mark of competence. This title shows that the engineer is capable of dealing with complex engineering problems that need expert technical knowledge to be solved.
If you hold this title, then you need to be reassessed at a minimum of every six years for the maintenance of this status.
