Gross Bagging: Gross Bagging machines work ideally where the required output of filled bags is less. Different feed systems are available which is depending on the type of product to be handled.

Gross weigher is recommended for various types of industries such as Food, Feed, Fertilizer, Grains, Sugar, Polymer, Chemical & Dairy etc.

Net Bagging: Net weigher pre - weighs the material in weigh hopper & discharges it into bag. Systems are available with single & dual weigher options for weigh range from 5 to 100 kg per weighment. We manufacture variety of machines with gravity, belt, twin screw & vibratory feeder for bagging solid products. Simplex and duplex machines with capacities up to 1000 bags/hr.

Net weighers are versatile and suitable for wide range of products such as Grains, Plastic, Cattle feed, Fertilizer, Pellets, Flakes & polymers.

3.Different Segments of Bagging Machine:
Bagging Machine Mainly consists of three parts
•Surge Hopper
•Feeder
•Dump Hopper

1)Surge Hopper:
Material has been stored in this area of the machine and weighs a certain amount of material to the feeder.

2)Feeder:
Feeder is crucial part of the Bagging machine to weigh accurate weight of materials. There are four types of feeders available for various material types and these are Gravity feeder, Screw feeder, Belt feeder, and Vibratory Feeder.

3)Dump Hopper:
As the Material passes from the feeder it will be discharged through this hopper and filled the bag as per the preset weight.

4.Types of Feeders:
The selection of a feeder is vital to get the desired result by machines and it depends on the flow characteristic of the material. Our expertise and experience assist you to satisfy your desired need. We offer four types of Feeders which I will discuss further.

1)Gravity Feeder: This feeder is best suitable for free flow materials such as flakes, granules, or pellets. The weighing of materials will be done directly into the bag. It is widely used in the feeding industries, plastic pellets industries, and food industries.

2)Screw Feeder: Single or twin screw feeders are used for feeding fine powders like milk powder, flour, and chemical powder material. Screw Feeder is widely used in food industries and chemical industries.

3)Belt Feeder: This type of Feeder is ideal for semi free-flowing material or material with lumps including pellets, cake mix, flakes, animal feed, abrasive and coated sand, etc.

4)Vibratory Feeder: Vibratory feeder used for weighing materials such as cake, flakes, and multi-feed combinations is also provided.
