Shreenathji Stone Quarry taps into CDE Asia’s expertise for an efficient sand-washing solution

Shreenathji Stone Quarry is an organization of repute, a leading quarry owner, and sand & aggregates supplier in Chikhli, Gujarat that is associated with various urban infrastructure projects in the area. As a matter of natural progression, and due to the business foresight of the owner, they have expanded their base to the sand market, to leverage the emerging demand for M-Sand in the market.

Shreenathji has been associated with us since 2018 with its primary investment in Combo X70 powered by European technology by CDE Asia. The washed M-Sand from low-grade VSI stone dust proved to be a splendid replacement for inconsistent river sand and generated good revenue for them.

Shreenathji has been a sub-contractor to some of the ongoing prestigious projects of Gujarat like the Surat Metro Rail & Bullet train. The need of the hour was to achieve a continuous supply of consistent quality M-Sand an advanced sand-washing plant. To achieve this, the client wanted to utilize the 0-5mm output generated as VSI Dust from their crushing unit to generate quality concrete M-sand (Zone II) and plaster sand, thereby adding to its top line.

Being an old CDE Asia customer, Shreenathji was aware of our advanced equipment technology that assures superior M-Sand delivery with operational economies.  Our officials had a meeting with Mr. Jaimin Gondaliya, Director of Shreenathji Stone Quarry to thoroughly analyze the current situation. Pin-point efficiency: The Combo X150 plant can efficiently process the VSI dust from crushing operations to produce quality concrete M-Sand (Zone II). The plant can produce consistently graded M-sand with a high silt removal capacity of 15%.
