What Do You Mean By Battery Grade A, Battery Grade B And Battery Grade C?

During the production and manufacturing of lifepo4 battery, due to some factors, there will be some differences in the quality of the battery cells. Many manufacturers will divide the battery cells into Class A, Class B and Class C according to certain quality standards, and there will also be some differences in the price.
There are many people who do not know the difference between Class A cells, Class B cells and Class C cells. Let's take a look at the difference between Class A cells and Class B C cells.
First of all, it is a Grade A cell. Grade A can only be called a Grade A cell if its parameters meet the requirements of national standards or above and there is no abnormal cell. Specifically, we generally define the cell whose capacity, size, internal resistance and other parameters can meet the standard and have excellent performance as Class A. It should be noted that the national standard parameters are generally the basic requirements. In order to satisfy customers with the product quality, manufacturers often have better standard parameters than the national standard. The difference in the quality ...
... and performance of the cell between manufacturers is mainly reflected in the difference in the manufacturing level.
Grade B cells are those cells that do not meet the rated capacity, or whose internal resistance is higher than the specified value, or whose appearance, performance and other items do not meet the standard when they are produced in the factory. They are sold at a lower price. Some of the parameters of the cell that fail to meet the standard of product A are called product B. Or some batteries are not brand new, but used batteries, which can also be called product b cells.
The same cell that will be eliminated further is the grade C cell. The basic voltage, capacity or appearance of the grade C cell is far away from the standard parameters of the cell. Or it can be called product C if it has been stored in the warehouse for more than 8 months and still has not been shipped. Due to the long storage time and the aging of self discharge, dust and moisture, the most likely occurrence of product C batteries is package inflation. Generally, the battery cell of grade C is only about 50-60 of the battery cell of grade A of the same model, and the good one can reach 70%. The safety of product C cell is poor. In addition, the battery cell of Product C is not durable. After several cycles of charging, its performance will be greatly reduced. Generally, it can not be used after one month of use.
Therefore, when purchasing batteries, we must pay attention to the quality of the batteries. If the budget is sufficient, we suggest to purchase Grade A batteries, followed by Grade B batteries. It is not recommended to buy C battery cells. It is important to remember that the price of the brand new battery of product A is definitely different from that of product B. This applies to CALB Battery, Winston Battery, CATL Battery and EVE Battery.
