At present, the chiller is divided into two types: air-cooled chiller and water-cooled chiller. In terms of temperature control, it is divided into low temperature chillers and normal temperature chillers. The temperature of normal temperature chillers is generally controlled within the range of 0 °C ~ 50 °C. The temperature control of the low temperature chiller is generally in the range of 0 ℃ ~ -120 ℃.

The chiller equipment operates through three interrelated systems: the refrigerant circulation system, the water circulation system, and the electrical automatic control system. Among them, the compressor is the core component of the entire refrigeration system and the source of power for refrigeration compression. It can convert the input electrical energy into mechanical energy and compress the refrigerant. The gaseous refrigerant absorbs heat through the condenser (air-cooled/water-cooled), condenses into a liquid, and is throttled through the thermal expansion valve to become a low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant and enter the evaporator, finally completing the refrigerant cycle process.

Nowadays, ...
... chiller equipment has been widely used in plastics industry, electronics industry, electroplating industry, machinery industry, construction industry, vacuum coating, pharmaceutical industry and other fields. In the pharmaceutical industry, it can be used for temperature control of fermented medicines. In addition, the chiller can also be used in supporting medical laser equipment, as an ideal choice for supporting laboratory equipment for medical laser equipment. Some of these types of chillers can also be widely used in atomic absorption spectrometers, fermentation devices, reactors, electrophoresis instruments, etc.

In the chiller industry, our company regards the improvement of chiller technology as the direction of enterprise development. With years of R&D experience and technical strength, we carry out product innovation and upgrades, and gradually win the recognition of users.
