To get a sculpted physique like a Greek god, you need to follow a consistent exercise and nutrition regimen.Remember consitency, discipline , are required more than just workout Here are some steps you can follow:

dont forget muscles are broken in gym and repaired while sleep so having a consistent deep sleep for 8-9 hrs minimum is cumpolsary.
