2507 Super Duplex Round Bars

Super Duplex 2507 Round Bar has very good tensile strength high resistance and good resistance to pitting to stress corrosion cracking at moderate temperatures, compared to that of austenitic stainless steels and they are hot worked between 1875°F to 2250°F and it should be followed by a solution anneal at 1925°F minimum and a rapid air or water quench. It has high production strength low ductility as compared to austenitic steels so manufacturers find it higher forming forces, increased allowance for spring back, and increased radius of bending.

Super Duplex Steel S32760 Hollow Bars have high strength and high corrosion resistance to produce high corrosion fatigue strength. Within its microstructure Super Duplex Rod, it contains a mixture of austenitic and ferritic grains. It is used in the oil and gas industry, heat exchangers, offshore platforms, chemical processing equipment pressure vessels, and boilers. It possesses 25% chromium content, 7% nickel content, and 4% molybdenum content.
