Over the past few years or so, we have grown very accustomed to clean eating. We've adopted a clean eating lifestyle and have started to enjoy it. Be it buying a momo packet or ordering food, if not these then for sure pick fresh produce, we have developed a clean and healthy eating habits ever since COVID happened!
So what's a "Clean Diet"?
The fact that eating healthy is more of a lifestyle than a "diet" is the key to understanding it for beginners. That is to say, eating healthily is not a quick way to lose weight. Rather, it's a strategy for approaching what you eat and put into your body.

Clean eating entails selecting whole foods, attempting to avoid processed foods, and developing a nutritious, mindful approach to your diet. When you decide to eat clean, you must cut out all extra carbs, sugar, and fat from your diet. Making better, healthier decisions for your body is what it's all about. It also involves refusing to keep putting harmful substances in your body. In this context, "junk" refers to processed foods, foods with artificial flavours and sweeteners, foods packed with saturated fat and ...
... salt, refined foods, as well as other foods that don't have any nutritional value.

Eating healthily gives you a strong command over your appetite because it prevents you from giving in to cravings for unhealthy sugars, salts, and fats. Instead, by making informed decisions about what you put into your body for instance chicken momos, that provide you with every macronutrient information in the most transparent way, you can feel empowered, strong, and healthy. Once you comprehend the fundamental ideas, eating clean also becomes easier and easier.

Adopting vegetables, whole foods, unprocessed grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats is necessary to achieve this. The importance of eating well and the advantages these foods have for your general health are stressed. The goal is to live an active lifestyle while maintaining a healthy diet.
Factors of clean eating:
The fact that clean eating doesn't involve dieting, calorie counting, or depriving yourself of the foods you enjoy is, in our opinion, its best feature. Finding healthy ways to savour food and get nutrition is the goal.

• Be Mindful of What You Eat:
Being the one who prepares your food gives you the most control over what goes into it. You can then exert control over the amounts of salt, sugar, flavours, and fats used in the dish and work to maintain the lowest possible levels of each. Have you ever wondered why restaurant food tastes better than the food you prepare at home? It's because restaurants frequently cook everything with a ton of salt and butter. Because your body needs all three nutrients to function properly, check that the foods you choose have the right proportions of protein, carbohydrates, and fats.

Broccoli is a good option as a filling to your veg momos when eating clean because it is a carb but also contains a lot of fibre, antioxidants, and many other crucial nutrients. To that end, you should consume as many unsaturated fats as you can, avoiding trans fat and saturated fat as much as you can. Every meal you eat, whether it be a snack or a dinner, is like this. To know what you're putting into your body, you should be aware of how your food is broken down.

• Eat whole foods.
Foods that haven't been altered or adulterated in a lab or manufacturing facility are referred to as "whole foods." Whole foods are unprocessed and unrefined, so no additional sugars, preservatives, colouring agents, saturated fat, or salt have indeed been added to the food to enhance flavour, prolong shelf life, or improve appearance. Fresh produce and vegetables, lean meats, unflavored nuts and seeds, whole grains, full-fat dairy goods, dried beans and legumes, and whole grains are examples of whole foods. Unrefined foods carry more nutrients and fibre, which are necessary for your body to function, in addition to avoiding the extra and unnecessary junk that comes with processing. Make your food work harder for you by modifying it.
• Never skip a meal.
Ignore the idea of calorie counting. That fundamental strategy disregards the importance of each calorie. Making your calorie count is what you should aim for. Choosing lean protein, complex carbohydrates, healthy fats, fruits, and vegetables in the right amounts six times per day requires mindfulness. Three small meals and two to three considerable snacks such as fruits, nuts or even a plate of chicken momos per day make up the typical clean diet. You won't overeat, skip meals, or experience fatigue or jitteriness because of fluctuating blood sugar levels if you eat this way. Additionally, it aids in weight loss.

Momos Modified to Eat Clean:

Whole wheat veg momos are a delicious and healthier substitute to all-purpose flour that will satisfy all of your cravings. Both dietary fibre and protein, two crucial macronutrients for a healthy body, are abundant in whole wheat flour. Because it underwent less processing than refined flour, a large portion of its nutrients were preserved, making it healthier than refined flour. Garlic, clove, balsamic, soy sauce, chilli sauce, pepper, and salt are sautéed in a wok with a tempting mixture of vegetables, including cabbage, carrots, and onions. Small wheat dough balls filled with the mixture are delicious, healthy, and pleasing to the palate.

Treating this as a new lifestyle rather than an instant fad will help you ease into it and make eating clean seem natural once you have done so.
