Ingredients -
1. 2 sweet potatoes (medium-sized)
2. Onion (chopped) - ½
3. Garlic powder - ½ tsp
4. TFT Tandoori Masala - 2 tsp
5. Paprika - ½ tsp
6. Pepper
7. Coconut oil - 2 tsp
8. Salt to taste
Method -
1. Set the oven's temperature to 200 C (392 F).
2. The sweet potatoes should be cut into wedges (essentially thick fries) and seasoned with all the seasonings if required. Mix, add the coconut oil, and toss once more to coat.
3. 30 minutes of roasting, followed by a toss, then another 15 to 20 minutes of roasting until soft.
4. Serve on its own or with some dip and guacamole as a side dish
Belgian Red Tandoori Waffles -
Belgian red tandoori waffles are a very unusual fusion of Belgian and Indian cuisine that is both unusual, tempting and delicious! Bake them, try them, and you'll love them!
Ingredients -
1. Gram flour - 200 gms
2. Lukewarm milk - 150 ml
3. Water - 150 ml
4. TFT Tandoori Masala - 2 tsp
5. Butter (melted) - 75 gms
6. Sugar - 50 gms
7. Eggs - 2
8. Dry yeast - 2 gms
Method -
1. Heat the milk, water, and butter in a saucepan until the butter has melted and the mixture is lukewarm.
2. Then incorporate the dry yeast powder and sugar. Stir continuously until the yeast activates and the sugar has completely dissolved.
3. Mix TFT Tandoori Masala with the flour.
4. To whisk the egg whites later, set them aside.
5. The liquid should be incorporated into the dough gradually. Mix everything thoroughly.
6. The egg white should be fully stiffened after being beaten. Afterwards, carefully knead it into the dough.
7. To give the yeast more time to activate, set the dough aside.
8. After that, bake the red waffles in the waffle maker.
9. Finish with strawberry or cherry toppings, honey syrup, whipped cream, and powdered sugar.
