With flavours evocative of those found along the Great Wall of China, our newest tea, Mindfully Green, is a delicious jasmine green tea. The creation of Mindfully Green was made possible by a sustainable way of thinking that embraced the significance of fair trade and environmental impact, two issues with growing global significance. The Ethical Tea Partnership, an NGO committed to the advancement and sustainability of those who work in the tea industry, is another organisation that Chai Ghai strongly supports. Being "mindfully green" raises awareness of not only these problems but also the interconnectedness of people and nature as a whole and ways that we can all lead more environmentally friendly lives. We can become more in tune with the Earth on all levels of consciousness if we increase our mindfulness, especially regarding how our actions affect it. In light of these ideas, our Mindfully Green tea provides a rich green tea flavour with an astringent, if slightly heady, bouquet for an exceptional sensory experience. We believe that this tea is a deserving addition to our expanding range of vibes and are hopeful that it ...
... will profoundly re-connect consumers with nature.
As Chai Ghai introduce this tea to the positive vibes portion of our vibe spectrum, we would like to salute the dapper colonel as well. We at Chai Ghai hold this tea in the highest regard because it bears the name of our venerable grandfather, Col. Surinder Dev Maini, who, at the age of 94, continues to drink a cup of this orange pekoe every day. While still in the army, Col. Maini would retire to his private quarters for the evening and spend time with his lovely wife while sipping on an orange pekoe. It was a soothing aspect of his daily break, one that we are happy to share with you. . The exceptional orange pekoe leaves used to create this small-batch craft tea are from Sri Lanka and are suitable for all types of tea drinkers. It is a comforting tea with numerous antioxidant and health-promoting qualities that work to combat free radicals in the body. In a similar way to Colonel Maini, Chai Ghai's Dapper Colonel exudes love, positivity, and a tad of mystery, making it a must try
