Every cup of bubble tea is made using ingredients that are carefully chosen. For example, the tea leaves are sourced only after a tea estate passes Gong cha’s stringent quality checks for each step of the tea production process. As part of its preparation process, it is a policy at every Gong cha store to brew fresh tea and tapioca pearls every 4 hours. This helps retain the tea’s quality and freshness.
