Roles and responsibilities effect the results of any organization. They help to focus more on specific mission production. As a leader, responsible for creating the environment that brings out the finest in every employee. One of the main contributors to high performance is confirming team’s skill-set recovers with their duties. This contains knowing where they fit into workforce, what they should do, and what's important to their effectiveness. When roles and responsibilities are significant, team functions easily with swift task completion. It enables the actual division of labor among team members.

However, know when to give them space to work individualistically and make decisions without interfering.
