Well, there are no miracle shoes available in the market. Whatever pair of shoes are comforting to your running style, they become the miracle shoes for you. You can believe that a lighter and a natural shoe can add a little more strength to your feet, but it is also important to do it safely. A sudden transition from the cushioned to the minimalist shoe can do more harm and bring damage to your weak arch or ligaments.

Myth 4: Cushioning and support are for rookies

No matter how good a runner you are, you must never have an uncomfortable running experience. Modern running surfaces are tough for your feet, so it is important that you protect them from shock. You just need to find the right kind of protection.
